Hey there! I'm Anna, and it's a pleasure to meet you. As the creator and curator of this website, I'm a passionate foodie and a photographer. I currently call Chongqing, China, the "hotpot capital of the world," my home.

Growing up in Chongqing, cooking is something most of us girls learn from an early age, often through the influence of our mothers and grandmothers. My love for food led me to travel extensively across China, where I discovered and savored a rich tapestry of regional cuisines.

This journey taught me so much, and ignited my desire to share what I've learned with others.

I created this blog, "Chinese Recipes Menu," as a space to share my favorite recipes, along with the stories and experiences that come with them.
